When you reach out

What to tell us about the car and the spot

Which glass broke: the windshield, a door window, the back glass or the sunroof.
The VIN, read off the lower corner of the windshield or the sticker inside the driver's door.
Where the car will be: a street address, or the base, complex or office park and the gate it uses.
Whether that spot has cover. In the wet season a garage, a carport or a parking deck keeps the day on schedule.
Your insurer, if a claim is part of the plan, so we can go over the coverage before booking.
Any HOA, condo board or property office rules about vendors working on site.

Sending a photo of the damage by text to (877) 350-5962 often answers half of these at once.
